We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal nature and hygiene considerations of perfumes, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Leaked or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

* A damaged or leaking perfume
* The wrong product
* An incorrect quantity

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For damaged/leaking packages, please provide:

* Unboxing video
* Clear photos of the package and product
* Order number

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Important

* Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return.
* Change of mind or preference for fragrance is not eligible for refund.
* Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
* Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
